Position Overview

As the Product Manager - Policy Management, you will join our Policy Operations tech team in Spain to reimagine the post-sales experience, transforming routine insurance processes into engaging, seamless, and human-centered solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritization and Planning: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to set priorities.
  • Product Delivery: Ship valuable, user-centric solutions with a cross-functional agile team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather insights, balance perspectives, and keep teams aligned.
  • Strategy: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with domain leaders.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is product-minded with 3+ years building impactful software products. You are analytical, pragmatic, agile-savvy, and a clear communicator fluent in Spanish and English. Being adaptable and tech-comfortable with complex systems is essential. Experience with global markets and insurance is a plus.
