Overview

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model with two days in-office. At Priceline, the Product Design and Management teams work diligently to understand customer needs and deliver user-friendly travel solutions.

Role Details

The Priceline Flights Platform team is seeking a Technical Product Manager based in Mumbai. You will drive our B2B flights product forward by translating technical platform needs into scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product owner for B2B flight platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to convert technical concepts into clear requirements.
  • Work with internal B2B customers and external partners to meet integration and API needs.
  • Own platform KPIs including uptime, latency, and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain platform documentation and manage incident resolution across time zones.
  • Ensure alignment with flight industry standards such as EDIFACT, NDC, and others.
  • Balance priorities across multiple partner implementations and initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an analytical discipline, 5+ years of product management experience in travel technology, strong technical acumen with flight systems, experience in B2B/platform environments, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence is essential.
