Job Responsibilities
- Design noise control products from concept to manufacturing details
- Support product development ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Utilize 3D CAD software (SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDEDGE, AUTOCAD) for design and documentation
- Assist production with manufacturing issues
- Perform material estimates and coordinate with Purchasing teams
- Work with Applications Engineering for custom customer solutions
Ideal Candidate
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent)
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and effective team collaborator
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and MS Office
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or HVAC industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of product development processes and design for manufacturability
