What You'll Do
As a Knowledge Management Specialist - GenAI Chatbot & Training, you will optimize our digital customer support by strengthening our knowledge management systems and enhancing our AI-powered chatbots. Your role spans gathering essential information, collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring accurate responses across customer touchpoints.
- Knowledge Management: Gather, organize, and update information for consistent customer support.
- Chatbot Training: Work hands-on with AI-powered chatbots using NLP techniques to create natural, context-aware responses.
- Customer Experience: Integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline the customer journey.
- Performance Analysis: Track and improve key metrics such as accuracy and resolution time.
What You'll Bring
You should have experience with AI tools, NLP concepts, or chatbot training paired with customer support or knowledge management exposure. A data-driven mindset and the ability to work with technical teams are essential. A passion for uniting linguistic and technical domains to deliver superior customer experiences is key.
