Your Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain repair schedules for major and minor accounts.
  • Set up work for all shifts to maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate service appointments and procure necessary parts.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers and prepare repair estimates.
  • Document service schedules and follow-up on appointments.
  • Inform customers about service updates and build strong relationships.
  • Process repair and warranty work orders accurately.
  • Maintain a constant work flow and fill any idle time periods.
  • Operate under ISO procedures and maintain service records.
  • Identify opportunities to increase service sales.

What You Need
