Your Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain repair schedules for major and minor accounts.
- Set up work for all shifts to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate service appointments and procure necessary parts.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers and prepare repair estimates.
- Document service schedules and follow-up on appointments.
- Inform customers about service updates and build strong relationships.
- Process repair and warranty work orders accurately.
- Maintain a constant work flow and fill any idle time periods.
- Operate under ISO procedures and maintain service records.
- Identify opportunities to increase service sales.

What You Need
- High school degree or equivalent with relevant experience in automotive/heavy duty or on-the-job training.
- Ability to estimate mechanical repairs.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
- Experience in service and parts management.
