We are a remote-first company with over 200 corporate employees, headquartered in New York. While work is largely virtual, leadership roles require occasional travel for in-person engagements.
Role Overview
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing events and conferences that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and expand market presence. This role demands creative, data-driven decisions and effective collaboration with multiple teams including Marketing, Revenue, and Provider Recruiting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Presence event marketing strategy
- Create engaging event experiences via activations and sponsorships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals
- Manage relationships with associations, industry leaders, and vendors
- Oversee event logistics including budgets and operations
- Measure event performance and optimize strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in event/field marketing; 3+ years in EdTech preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Cvent
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

Working Hours & Location
This remote role requires individuals to be based in the U.S. (preferably EST or CST). All employees partake in core working hours (noon-5 pm EST, Monday to Friday) and adhere to a 9 am-6 pm schedule based on their time zone.
