Role Summary

As an entry-level Territory Service and Sales Manager, you will drive sales and revenue growth in your territory. You will develop relationships with healthcare professionals, promote products and services, and provide tailored solutions while managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and assess medical equipment for service needs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Expand service contracts and generate leads.
  • Build trusted relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Travel frequently (60–80% travel) for service work and meetings.
  • Represent Prescott's at industry conferences and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Mechanical and technical aptitude with hands-on experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining complex equipment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $30,000 to $60,000 with unlimited commission opportunities. Total potential earnings range between $80,000 and $150,000+.
