Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Garmin products in various categories including fitness, outdoor, automotive, marine and aviation.
- Utilize digital tools such as video consultations, online demos, CRM systems, and mobile apps.
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge and technical demonstrations.
- Support customers throughout the complete sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail partners on promotions and events.
- Collect and report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitive insights.
- Stay updated on product launches, software updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- 2+ years sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in consumer electronics or technology.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain new products quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across various platforms.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for Garmin’s product categories and mission.
- Comfort with virtual sales tools and mobile applications.
