Senior Events Manager at Premier Research
Premier Research is looking for a Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing team. This role supports biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies by transforming breakthrough science into life-changing medicines, devices, and diagnostics.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead annual event strategy planning, including research, performance reviews, and stakeholder input.
- Serve as the events and conferences subject matter expert for internal teams.
- Manage planning and delivery for marketing-sponsored events including sponsorships, logistics, and budget management.
- Ensure delivery of post-event leads and identify marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Oversee promotional planning, materials design, and corporate giveaway selections for networking events.
What We Are Searching For
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with proven stakeholder management.
- Availability to perform up to 20% business travel.
Compensation & Benefits
The annualized starting base pay is $115,000. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
