Premier Research is looking for a Data Acquisition Project Manager eCOA to join our Functional Services Provider (FSP) team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing

As the Data Acquisition Project Manager eCOA, you will:

• Act as the main liaison between sponsors, eCOA vendors, CROs, and internal study teams.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of eCOA solutions for global clinical studies.
• Translate study requirements into technical specifications for eCOA vendors.
• Apply project management methodology ensuring timely and accurate delivery across various workstreams.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure milestones and timelines are met.
• Provide technical oversight for non-CRF data acquisition activities through communication with multiple data providers and CROs.

What We Are Searching For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a technical or programming-related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with commercial clinical data management systems (CDMS)/EDC systems or IRT.
• 1 to 3 years of practical project management experience.
• Knowledge of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA).
• Proven ability to provide trainings and presentations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
