Position Overview

The PLL and WLL are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Premium Hospitality Intern to support premium account management and client experience efforts leading into and throughout the 2026 season. This role is centered on delivering exceptional service to premium clients. You will work closely with the Premium Sales team to manage existing accounts, support renewals, and help execute seamless, high-touch hospitality experiences across PLL and WLL event weekends. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong foundation in account management, client service, and live event operations within professional sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support premium account management and renewal efforts across PLL and WLL clients
  • Assist in client communication, including pre-event outreach and experience coordination
  • Prepare and distribute event details such as ticketing, hospitality access, and logistics
  • Help manage ticket distribution, account setup, and CRM tracking
  • Assist in contract preparation and coordination for premium seating and hospitality agreements
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of premium experiences
  • Provide on-site support during event weekends, including client check-in, issue resolution, and hospitality delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
