About the Growth Program Manager Role

The Growth Program Manager at Premier Inc. will own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of growth programs within the Long-Term Care Pharmacy portfolio. This role combines sales and project management to drive admin fee growth across LTC and retail pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Program Management (50%): Access data sets, translate data into actionable insights, secure pharmacy leader buy-in, execute program priorities, and monitor/report program results.
  • Account Management (40%): Serve as account owner for assigned pharmacies, work cross-functionally to manage relationships, respond to member issues, and provide trusted advisory on contracts and agreements.
  • Administrative (10%): Ensure smooth operations, update tracking tools and CRM, represent LTC Pharmacy interests, and align programs with pharmacy member goals.

Preferred & Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise in business analytics, program/project management, and relationship management, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's preferred. They must be detail-oriented, adaptive, and capable of operating in a collaborative environment.

Working Conditions & Benefits

This remote role includes occasional travel (1-20% within the US) and sedentary work conditions. Compensation range is between $90,000 and $150,000 based on market factors.
