Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a qualified and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in McKinney, TX. This role is crucial in providing high-quality care within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical condition and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall patient well-being.
- Provide direct physical therapy interventions and modalities.
