Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Dashboard Development, with proven experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting solutions.
The candidate will lead BI initiatives, mentor development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and establish enterprise reporting standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Build interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Design enterprise semantic models using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Develop advanced calculations using DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
- Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Oracle, and REST APIs.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise reporting.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), governance, and security best practices.
- Optimize report performance using query tuning, model optimization, and incremental refresh.
- Publish and manage reports using Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps, and On-Premises Gateways.
- Lead code reviews, mentor BI developers, and establish enterprise BI development standards.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders.

- Knowledge of AI-powered analytics, Copilot for Power BI, and Generative AI integrations.
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services domains.
