The Information Technology Development Program July 2026 at Precision Castparts is a 2-year rotational program for recent and graduating seniors. It provides exposure to various manufacturing environments and critical aspects of PCC's business to influence the company's future direction.

Program Design
Year One: Gain exposure to foundational IT areas including Safety Awareness, Help Desk, Network Technician, SOX Preparation, ITP Compliance, and Project Management along with introductions to Development, Infrastructure, Industrial IoT, and Cyber Security.
Year Two: Specialize in one area introduced in Year One for advanced skill development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience in networking, programming, security, or database administration.
- Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Leadership involvement in clubs, organizations, or activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a US Person and willing to relocate to various US locations.
