Original Job Summary
Overview
Precision Castparts is seeking a detailed-oriented HCM Analyst to manage and support the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role focuses on Workday integrations, reporting, and dashboards, and ensures that business requirements are met through effective system configuration and testing.
Essential Functions
- Provide day-to-day system support for Workday HCM, Compensation and Benefits.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer for custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Prepare and execute testing strategies including test scripts and end-user testing.
- Monitor vendor interfaces, integration processing, error identification and resolution.
- Update, maintain, and clone integrations and execute mass data uploads using Workday EIB.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide support on high-level projects.
- Travel up to 10% as required.
Education & Experience
Candidates should have 5-7 years of HR information system experience focused on Workday integrations, reporting, and dashboards. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong skills in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. The role demands a highly organized individual with strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
