About The Role
As a Partner / Associate Partner, you will be instrumental in business development, client relationship management, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of projects that exceed client expectations. This is a leadership position reporting directly to the company leadership.
Within the Praxis business unit, you will serve as an overall vertical leader, responsible for building and expanding the practice in your domain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to build a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.
- Cultivating new C-suite client relationships within your domain vertical.
- Identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and classifying target clients.
- Understanding client requirements and customizing project scopes accordingly.
- Building trusted relationships to facilitate consultative selling, including presenting our offerings.
- Developing practice marketing plans and collaborating with the marketing team.
- Identifying and building the Praxis partner network.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring services to meet them.
- Maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborating with Praxis domain partners to leverage their expertise in project delivery.
- Developing high-impact proposals, pitches, and opportunities for Praxis.
- Overseeing project delivery and guiding teams to ensure client satisfaction and impact.
- Working with delivery teams to create lasting client impact.

- Proven experience in management consulting business development, with at least 10 years in consulting and deep expertise in the focus vertical.
