Senior Human Resources Employee Partner
Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resource Employee Partner for their Dallas, Texas facilities. This onsite role supports over 75 front-line leaders and more than 450 employees across three plants, focusing on a management-represented hourly workforce. What You Will Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a strong performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and resolving complex employee matters.
- Coach and develop leaders to build innovative, high-performing teams aligned with the RTX People Strategy.
- Lead the implementation of employee relations, leadership development, and communication strategies to advance organizational objectives.
- Solve complex organizational problems that are critical to employees, leaders, and the HR function.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and functional excellence.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders, providing expert advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters.
- Act as an employee advocate and coach to both employees and leaders.
- Partner with leadership to implement and promote HR programs that support business goals in a complex matrix environment.
- Support the People Strategy through positive employee relations and proactively address engagement risks.
- Drive employee engagement strategy using available data and tools, including employee surveys.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning activities.
- Support recruiting and retention strategy, efforts, and programs.
- Execute core HR processes such as performance development, succession planning, and annual compensation planning.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader HR organization, specifically with Centers of Excellence (CoE), to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and programs.
- Manage the recruiting and onboarding process for hourly associates.
- Conduct internal investigations with the highest professionalism, discretion, and integrity, recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Work with the Designated Employer Representative for the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program to ensure compliance.
- Drive HR compliance, ensuring standardization and consistency in the application of HR and Company practices and policies.
- Lead and support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources role; or an Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.

- MBA/MS/MA in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
