As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead the Interval & Cost Estimator and NextGen Finance applications, providing key capabilities for forecasting and financial analysis for Commercial Engine After Market teams.

What You Will Do

  • Define vision and strategic initiatives for digital products.
  • Prioritize features and manage detailed product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with software engineering, design, and Agile teams.
  • Leverage market trends and business data for product decisions.
  • Communicate KPIs and product success measures to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform business goals into strategic product initiatives.
  • Utilize iterative design, user testing, and prototype feedback.
  • Engage with Agile teams for efficient product development.
  • Ensure clear product definition and timeline prioritization.
  • Continuously improve product releases using usage metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
  • Experience with Agile software delivery and full product lifecycle management.
  • Proven data-driven decision making and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence multi-disciplinary teams.
  • U.S. Person required due to Government contractual requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design thinking, aerospace or data science products.
  • Familiarity with the SDLC process and Azure Cloud.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a remote role based in Connecticut (Remote City, CT, 06035 USA) with a competitive salary range of 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
