Overview

Pragmatike is expanding its team to drive the growth of internal projects. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure in a fully remote environment. Fluent English and a proactive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy and maintain scalable infrastructure on bare metal and cloud platforms (preferably OVH).
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
  • Administer and optimize PostgreSQL and Redis in high-traffic environments.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of services using modern DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers for service integration and performance.
  • Implement security best practices, disaster recovery plans, and high-availability setups.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Contribute to infrastructure as code and maintain well-documented automation scripts.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with DevOps and Kubernetes in production.
  • Hands-on experience with bare metal, ideally OVH.
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis in production settings.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
  • Ability to work under pressure with rapid iteration and complex problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to blockchain or high-performance trading systems.
  • Familiarity with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana and ELK stack.
  • Interest in AI-driven infrastructure optimization.
