Clinical and Program Duties

This position is split between .5 FTE administrative responsibilities as Program Director and .5 FTE for clinical work as a trauma/surgical critical care surgeon. You will provide direct clinical services at a busy Level I center, ensuring equitable operative exposure for residents.

The role involves maintaining program documentation, addressing performance issues, managing resources, and reporting outcomes to leadership while fostering a safe and professional learning environment.

Training and Experience Required
