Role Summary

As a Product Design Team Lead at Powtoon, you will be a hands-on design leader guiding our talented team, aligning product design with business goals, and ensuring our design solutions are both user-centric and commercially smart.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our end-to-end product design vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product to marketing.
• Lead day-to-day design activities and set team priorities.
• Mentor and support your team while removing roadblocks.
• Drive user research to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Maintain and evolve our design system in close collaboration with development.
• Foster a collaborative culture that values experimentation and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with at least 2 years in a design leadership role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong spoken Hebrew for internal communication.
• Proficiency in modern design and AI prototyping tools such as Figma and Lovable.
• Experience in user research and customer interviews.
• Understanding of video creation, storytelling, and creative tool design is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and its business impact.

Work Environment

This role is based in our beautiful Tel Aviv office with a hybrid work model (mostly on-site) ensuring face-to-face collaboration.
