Consistent with our business growth and development, we are further expanding our organization and are specifically seeking a Production Planning Specialist.

Role Overview

Within the Planning & Procurement area, the Production Planning Specialist will be responsible for planning production orders and recalling necessary materials. The objective is to create a feasible plan aligned with customer sales order deadlines. Furthermore, the specialist will maintain master data within the management system to ensure the correct functioning of the company's MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and operational production processes.

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience within structured organizations, possessing specific competence in this role, and having significant experience in manufacturing companies.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyzes and implements MRP system suggestions related to the release, anticipation, and postponement of Production Orders.
• Verifies the coherence of Production Plans with the arrival of necessary materials.
• Resolves any issues related to workload and resource availability.
• Manages the logistical flow of materials between production warehouses.
• Ensures a continuous and accurate flow of information to the Commercial area regarding production deadlines.
• Monitors and proposes improvement actions to maximize the On-Time Delivery level.
• Enters and maintains product master data, integrating it with the logistical and operational parameters required for the management system's operation.
• Interfaces with the Purchasing function for material recall.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Management Engineering.
• Previous experience in a planning role within manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle JDE is optional).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• English language proficiency B1 level.
