About the Role: IT Project Manager Digital Processes & Automation
Do you have experience with digital topics, communicate confidently with clients, and are capable of structured requirements gathering, prioritization, and concept development? Can you also quickly familiarize yourself with new systems? Then our Project Management position is exactly right for you.
As an IT Project Manager Digital Processes & Automation, you will coordinate digital projects from the initial idea to implementation. You will be the central interface between the client and the development team, planning digital processes with our clients and ensuring that requirements are cleanly documented, implemented, and sustainably operated. Additionally, you will advise clients on best practices and support the setup of access and authorization concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication with clients, including requirements gathering and structuring
- Planning and conception of digital business processes with clients
- Coordination and steering of implementation by the development team
- Alignment of access, role, and authorization concepts
- Client consultation on best practices in digitalization and automation
