Position Overview: Product Sales Lead
This seasonal role (FT & PT) in Guest Services requires a polished, professional, and self-motivated individual to ensure smooth operations across front desk, ski rental, lessons, and other guest service areas during the 25/26 Winter Season.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations in Guest Services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of season passes, rentals, and lesson products.
- Lead and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with Retail, Rentals, and Ski School departments.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and uphold service quality.
- Train new staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Occasionally perform outdoor maintenance tasks.
Requirements and Working Conditions
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, proficient with computers and point of sale systems, and comfortable working at 9,000 ft elevation in outdoor settings. Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
