The Opportunity

Join the Growth Engineering team to optimize the sign-up and onboarding experience for individual developers and teams. In this role, you will improve key activation moments, experiment with A/B tests, and deliver measurable business impact while working closely with engineering leadership, product, and design teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver improvements to the core product experience.
  • Ship small, impactful changes that enhance user onboarding.
  • Experiment with A/B tests to determine winning features.
  • Manage end-to-end workflows focused on first-time user activation.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-geography team members.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and libraries such as React or Next.js.
  • Strong communication and detail orientation with analytical skills.
  • Customer obsessed with a track record of engaging user experiences.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript and state management tools.
  • Background in B2B products or developer tools.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary between $210,000 to $240,000, equity options, comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, monthly lunch stipend, and team-building events. Postman embraces a hybrid work model where employees in key locations are expected to be in the office 3-days a week.
