The Opportunity
Join the Growth Engineering team to optimize the sign-up and onboarding experience for individual developers and teams. In this role, you will improve key activation moments, experiment with A/B tests, and deliver measurable business impact while working closely with engineering leadership, product, and design teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver improvements to the core product experience.
- Ship small, impactful changes that enhance user onboarding.
- Experiment with A/B tests to determine winning features.
- Manage end-to-end workflows focused on first-time user activation.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-geography team members.
About You
- 8+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and libraries such as React or Next.js.
- Strong communication and detail orientation with analytical skills.
- Customer obsessed with a track record of engaging user experiences.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript and state management tools.
- Background in B2B products or developer tools.
Additional Information
This role offers a competitive salary between $210,000 to $240,000, equity options, comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, monthly lunch stipend, and team-building events. Postman embraces a hybrid work model where employees in key locations are expected to be in the office 3-days a week.
