About the Role

Welcome to POSEIDON - a new wave of communications in luxury. We specialise in luxury communications and talent management. As the Chief of Staff, you will act as the Founder & CEO’s right hand, converting big ambitions into smooth execution while managing resources and driving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily business operations and support the Founder & CEO.
  • Coordinate cross-functional growth initiatives in business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish the company’s operational rhythm with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
  • Handle communications with external stakeholders and manage supplier negotiations.
  • Oversee project sprints, assign milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and creating dashboards.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a 24/7 mindset aligned with the CEO's timezone.
