Job Purpose

This role contributes to enhancing healthcare delivery by supporting the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) programme. It is integral to the rollout of the OneEPR system and overall digital strategy.

Job Summary

  • Support product management and backlog for IT products.
  • Engage stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
  • Represent user requirements at sprint planning sessions.
  • Maintain product documentation and governance.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on IT solutions.

Core Functions & Responsibilities

The Deputy Product Owner will:

  • Support management of software user and management forums.
  • Translate complex user and owner requirements into a unified vision.
  • Coordinate software developments, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Maintain release notes, clinical safety, and change management documents.
  • Promote products at local, regional, and national forums.

Experience & Qualifications

Required qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, ITIL Foundation, and ISEB Testing Certification. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, planning, and technical skills in MS Office and application management.
