Position Overview
Are you a skilled Mechanical Claims Adjuster, Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Parts Specialist seeking a new career opportunity? Compensation & Work Schedule
The role offers a starting hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00 with overtime available. Training is held from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST. Post-training, work hours vary with multiple schedule options and a hybrid work arrangement after initial in-office requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle high volume claims calls and open new claims thoroughly.
- Collect, review and verify claim documents for completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and update claim statuses.
- Adjudicate claims within set timelines and maintain performance metrics.
- Support team functions and assist with cross-department projects.
Essential Functions
Uphold core values while managing escalated cases, disputes, and necessary follow-ups. Additional tasks include quality control assessments and participating in coaching and development sessions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude under stress.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm and strong numerical aptitude.
- 5+ years customer service experience; 2+ years in call center and automotive repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
ASE Certification, experience in automotive mechanical claims, service writing, or repair facility operations; familiarity with industry labor guides is advantageous.
