Your Impact at QA Data Engineer

You will be accountable for developing data analytics that drive innovation and data-driven decision making. Your work will directly shape analytical capabilities and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data quality metrics and dashboards.
  • Write Python scripts for data quality evaluation and reporting.
  • Build automated data validation pipelines with Databricks and cloud-based tools.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and client teams for actionable insights.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data anomalies with root cause analysis.
  • Define and enforce data quality rules and governance standards.
  • Document processes and create reusable templates for reporting.
  • Support data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment across sources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data quality engineering, data analytics, or data governance.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Experience with Databricks including notebooks, Delta Lake, and Spark.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with Tableau for dashboard creation.
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings to business insights.
