We are looking for a hybrid profile capable of combining commercial development and IT talent acquisition. You will play a strategic role, oriented towards both clients and candidates, to contribute to the growth of our activity and the success of our missions.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Business Developer
- Identify and prospect new commercial opportunities within the IT sector.
- Enrich and develop the client portfolio by offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate mission terms and manage contracts between clients and consultants.
- Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts and IT candidates.
- Ensure the placement of consultants on missions matching their skills and aspirations.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process: sourcing, skill assessment, interview planning, and candidate follow-up.
- Monitor and foster loyalty among clients and consultants, gathering feedback and proposing improvements.
Desired Profile
- Previous experience as a Business Developer / IT Account Manager or Talent Acquisition professional in IT, specifically within the French market.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and the ability to quickly evaluate IT technical skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Fluent in French, both oral and written.
- Auto-entrepreneur status required or willingness to obtain it (we provide support for the process if needed).
