As a Senior Consultant Mobility Solutions & Customer Services, you will work with our team to develop strategic mobility solutions, orchestrate customer interfaces, and unlock optimal value potential along the entire Customer Lifecycle. You will be a thought leader, sparring partner, and implementer with a deep understanding of technology, market logic, and growth drivers.
Your Responsibilities
- Advising top management on the development and implementation of integrated mobility solutions, customer ecosystems, and Autonomous Driving (AD).
- Designing and implementing strategies and sustainable business models in the areas of Electrification & Charging (Truck & Passenger eCars), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), and Transport-as-a-Service (TaaS).
- Identifying synergies across various mobility forms such as Rental, Sharing, Hailing, Subscription, and preparing for the autonomous era.
- Identifying relevant Mobility Services Trends in the context of Fleet Transformation & Logistics and translating them into concrete Business Cases.
- Defining sustainable operator models, business models, and services, as well as evaluating market potential and competitive activities.
- Developing Go-to-Market strategies for new Mobility-Services, including market segmentation, pricing, value proposition, sales channels, and scaling models.
What Defines You?
- Master's degree in (Business) Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in a leading top-management consultancy, a strategy department, or the mobility industry with a focus on Mobility Solutions, Customer Experience, Customer Lifetime Management.
- Deep expertise in the mobility market with a profound understanding of technologies, trends, and methods, and their targeted application within companies; a strong track record in developing and implementing mobility solutions and customer service strategies.
- High results orientation, combined with strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and strong service orientation.
- Open, team-oriented, empathetic personality with a hands-on mentality, pronounced independent, structured, and professional working style.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at the top management level in German and English.
- Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for projects in the dynamic environment of a management consultancy.
