• Conduct consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech).
• Support the top management of our clients in the design and implementation of corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization.
• Assist in the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects.
• Develop external ecosystems and strategy papers.

What sets you apart?

• College degree, ideally with a specialty in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable degree program.
• Professional experience in strategy consultancy or in a healthcare organization.
• Strong T-profile, broad in the industry and deep in some functional topics such as: operations, supply chain, product strategy, strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, etc.
• High interest in new trends and technologies.
• Superb analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Strong focus on clients and results.
• Structured and professional approach to work.
• Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality.
• Very good German and English language proficiency.
• High willingness for domestic and international travel.
