The Role – Assistant General Manager
As the General Manager’s right hand, you will lead shifts, drive restaurant operations, and ensure outstanding food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction in a busy Quick Service Restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with daily operations, KPIs, and performance targets
- Lead shifts in a high-volume QSR environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experience and customer service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Manage labour, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance
- Uphold brand standards and operational excellence
- Step up as Duty Manager when required
- Support local marketing and community initiatives
- Build a positive, inclusive hospitality team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or Hospitality Manager
- Background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food, hospitality, or food service
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational awareness
- Passion for career progression, leadership development, and team growth
