As Assistant General Manager, you2 80 99ll be the GM2 80 99s right hand 2 80 94 leading the team, running smooth operations, and delivering standout guest experiences every day.
- Support the GM in daily operations and KPIs
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality, speed, and service
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Uphold food safety and compliance standards
- Step up and run the restaurant in the GM2 80 99s absence
- Help control costs and boost local engagement
