TikTok Account Manager
We’re building out TikTok Shop’s e-commerce team in London and hiring 20 Selling Partner Growth Associates.
You’ll support TikTok Shop sellers solve issues fast, and coach partners on tools, policies and practical steps that help them grow. If you’re calm under pressure, like fixing problems properly (not just closing tickets), and enjoy working at pace, you’ll fit in.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting sellers across EU markets (high-volume queries via chat/webform-style support)
- Advising sellers on platform tools, policies, and growth opportunities
- Owning issues end-to-end and partnering with internal teams to resolve quickly
- Monitoring seller health and spotting risks early
- Running targeted outreach/coaching to lift seller performance and retention
What they’re looking for
- Customer support / seller support / account support experience (chat/email/webforms ideal)
- Comfortable working onsite in London, 5 days per week
- Practical, service-first mindset with strong communication
