The Role: Founder's Office Growth & Systems

This pivotal role is situated within the Founder’s Office, working directly alongside executive leadership. You will be instrumental in designing and building the essential revenue infrastructure needed to power Pontosense's next phase of growth. This is not a marketing coordination or machine learning research position, but rather a strategic systems-building role that bridges business, data, and automation. Your core responsibility will be to translate high-level strategy into scalable and efficient execution.

What You’ll Own

  • Design the architecture of key revenue systems including CRM, customer lifecycle, and sales funnel.
  • Build robust automation solutions across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
  • Implement advanced AI-driven workflows, leveraging LLM-based analysis, classification, and insights.
  • Create insightful growth dashboards to track critical metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and cohort performance.
  • Structure direct-to-consumer (D2C) onboarding and lifecycle flows for optimal user experience.
  • Proactively identify and eliminate friction points within the company's revenue engine.
  • Collaborate directly with the COO and CEO on high-impact strategic initiatives.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a significant plus).
  • Basic SQL and scripting experience is preferred.
  • Startup or co-op experience is a strong advantage.
