Overview

Pomeroy is seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud ERP Financial Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud to support our IT services operations and product supply chain business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Management and Tax.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud modules like Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Account Reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to align ERP configurations with product lifecycle, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Support integrations between ERP Financials and supply chain systems.
  • Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and ensure successful deployments.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption of relevant features.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes in IT services and product supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) or equivalent.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, REST APIs, and HDL.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Exposure to supply chain modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
