Your Responsibilities

As the Product Manager - Payments at Polygon Labs, you will:

  • Own the roadmap for Polygon payments products and drive feature prioritization.
  • Translate monetization strategies into product requirements and development plans.
  • Define user stories, journeys, and success metrics with UX and engineering teams.
  • Lead rapid experimentation to discover product-market fit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant product delivery.
  • Guide development with continuous feedback balancing technical feasibility and user needs.

What You’ll Need

The role requires:

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in web3 or blockchain.
  • Proven track record delivering user-facing dApps, wallets, or financial applications.
  • Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex technical systems.
  • Experience with 0→1 product development from concept to launch.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and financial product design best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience in payments, fintech, DeFi, or web3 sectors.
  • Technical fluency in smart contracts, blockchain architecture, or payments systems.
  • Strong UX orientation and experience partnering with design teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with experimentation to validate product ideas.
