About This Role: Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
We are seeking a hands-on leader to build and execute our customer acquisition strategy. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring deep expertise in performance marketing and a passion for experimentation and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth strategy across performance marketing, blending audience insights and creative experimentation.
- Set and manage ambitious acquisition targets by forecasting, allocating spend, and optimizing ROI.
- Build a high-velocity experimentation loop to test creative, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering to improve conversion across the full funnel.
- Pilot and scale new channels, including localization strategies for global markets.
- Stay on the cutting edge by integrating AI, creative tools, and platform innovations.
Who You Are
- Over 7 years of experience in growth and performance marketing with expertise in paid social and paid search.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Apple Ads, and more.
- Experienced in driving in-house customer acquisition, ideally in a B2B model.
- Expert in conversion rate optimization and crafting seamless user journeys to maximize ROI.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a high velocity of experimentation and a bias toward action.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, and sales teams.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $160,000 - $190,000 with additional benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible PTO policy, parental leave, and an annual learning stipend.
