Overview

PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants, enabling businesses to deliver service that rivals human interaction. As a Product Solutions Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the success of real projects by managing timelines, overseeing virtual assistant quality, and acting as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver transformative virtual assistants and ensure long-term customer value.
  • Manage client communications and coordinate with engineering teams.
  • Act as the voice of the client by understanding their needs and rallying the PolyAI team.
  • Turn data analysis into compelling storytelling of successes.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to tailor specific business solutions.

Requirements

Minimum: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, agile project delivery, strong attention to detail, ability to push back to stakeholders, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Preferred: Experience with automation and AI processes, project management principles, and previous client-facing or delivery management roles in software companies. Experience in call centers or customer service industries and an interest in consumer tech are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary ($130,000 - $140,000 guide, with final compensation based on experience), an annual bonus, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package including share options, medical coverage, life insurance, retirement planning, flexible PTO, work-from-home allowance, and additional family benefits.
