About the Data Analytics Team

The Data Analytics team generates strategic value by translating complex data into actionable insights. Working closely with business stakeholders, the team ensures analysis is clear, intuitive and drives measurable outcomes.

Your Day to Day

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Insight Analysts.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, impactful analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key analytical opportunities.
• Embed analytics within decision-making forums.
• Communicate clear insights linked to measurable outcomes.
• Work with Data Engineering to enhance the analytics platform.
• Champion analytics best practices and methodologies.

Who Are You

• Seasoned analytics professional experienced in the insurance industry.
• Proven leader with strong analytical mentorship skills.
• Expert at translating complex data into business insights.
• Proficient with modern cloud data platforms, preferably GCP.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for data-driven decision making.

Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance-specific analytics (pricing, claims, underwriting, etc.).
