About the Pricing Team
Join one of the fastest growing insurance teams in the UK where you will work in a fast-paced environment alongside data engineering and quote engine teams. The role involves applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to inform pricing strategies and optimize product performance.
Your Day-to-Day
- Drive initiatives with the Group Head of Retail Pricing and Implementation to achieve optimal pricing balance between contribution and volume.
- Enforce commercial changes between optimization cycles in collaboration with Retail & Marketing.
- Monitor market movements and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Review portfolio mix and business performance by client segment.
- Prepare materials for the Trading Committee and assist with follow-up actions.
- Set pricing for ancillary products.
Who Are You?
You are a commercially focused professional with a degree in a numerically based discipline such as Maths, Data, or Statistics. With 2+ years of insurance pricing experience, you bring strong skills in data modelling, stakeholder management, and performance management. You are reactive, execute with speed, and are skilled in both communication and decision making.
