About the Data Analytics Team

The Data Analytics team is central to generating strategic value from complex data by translating it into clear insights. They work in a collaborative, business-partnering model, embedding analysts within key decision-making forums to empower the business with actionable insights.

Your Day to Day

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Insight Analysts.
• Deliver high-quality, impactful analyses to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical analytical opportunities.
• Embed within key forums to support business strategy.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain analytics standards.
• Champion best practices ensuring clarity and reliability in outputs.

Who Are You

A seasoned professional in analytics with leadership experience in the insurance industry. You have a talent for delivering actionable insights, embedding analytics in business, and translating complex data for clear decision-making. Proficiency in modern cloud data platforms (preferably GCP) and a collaborative mindset across data disciplines is essential. Experience in insurance-specific analytics is a bonus.
