Your Role as Social Media Creative Director

Within the Image department, you play a key role at the interface between creation, strategy, and performance. As a true creative and strategic partner, you are responsible for the conception, steering, and deployment of Polène's Social Media strategy, respecting the Maison's artistic DNA and premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Editorial Line
  • Define and steer the multi-platform Social Media strategy, adapted to the specificities of each channel.
  • Build and evolve the editorial line in coherence with the brand identity, artistic direction, and business objectives.
  • Guarantee the global coherence of Social Media expression with the brand's other communication channels (Brand, Digital, Press, Image).
Creative Conception & Content Production
  • Conceive creative Social Media assets from the Creative Direction's briefs.
  • Structure and pilot content production (formats, narrations, copywriting) with a high level of aesthetic demand.
  • Translate Polène's artistic universe into engaging and high-performing content, aligned with luxury standards.
Performance Steering & KPIs
  • Define quantifiable objectives per project and steer engagement, performance, and impact KPIs.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize content performance.
  • Formulate strategic recommendations based on data and platform insights.
Budget Management & Resource Steering
  • Manage and optimize the annual budget dedicated to Social Media creation.
  • Steer supplier negotiations and budget monitoring in conjunction with Finance.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources dedicated to production.
Partnerships, Creators & Activations
  • Develop and pilot creative partnerships with creators, in close collaboration with the PR team.
  • Conceive Social Media activations around events, PR, VIPs, and launches.
  • Structure a collaboration strategy aligned with the brand's image and positioning.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Management
  • Work in close collaboration with the Digital, Brand, Press, Image, Studio, and Finance teams.
  • Contribute to the structuring and strengthening of the Social Media hub.
  • Act as an internal strategic and creative reference, participating in the animation and coordination of the team.

Desired Profile

  • Higher education in art, communication, creation or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Experience within highly creative premium / luxury brands.
  • Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms and their codes.
  • Strong artistic sensibility and affirmed artistic direction.
  • Ability to conceive performance-oriented creative strategies.
  • Great autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with partners.
  • Natural management and leadership.
  • Portfolio / Book indispensable.
  • Fluent French and English (English as priority working language).
