Job Requirements

Hard Skills
  • Proficiency in leading cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Hands-on capabilities in cloud-native environments, particularly Kubernetes (k8s).
  • Proficiency in big data analytics using SQL and robust data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools and processes.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical skills for complex problem-solving.
  • Advanced research methodologies and critical thinking.
  • Proven track record of conducting hands-on, low-level research.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative Proofs of Concept (POCs).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively at the intersection of research, product development, and engineering.
Advantages
  • Published technical research artifacts such as blogs, white papers, or contributions to OSS.
  • Experience in public speaking at conferences or meetups.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, including time-series models and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Prior cloud security research experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hands-on research on cloud computing technologies, industry trends, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on cost optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to seamlessly integrate research findings and successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) into new product features and enhancements.
