About Associate Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Account Manager to partner with tier-one clients and the broader Podean team to develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies and unlock incremental brand growth. This role emphasizes client servicing, strategy, program delivery, project management, and analysis, requiring expertise in eCommerce strategy including media, creative, and retail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with tier-one clients and C-level contacts to drive marketplace strategies.
- Build and manage annual brand strategies, marketing plans, and operations on Amazon.
- Create onboarding materials, training sessions, and client communications.
- Collaborate across teams to develop best practices and process improvements.
- Lead client meetings, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing with deep marketplace knowledge.
- Proven leadership, client relationship management, and project management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and essential digital tools.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
