Job Description
Associate Account Manager
Podean is the leading global marketplace marketing agency, working with progressive brands to unlock potential on Amazon and other marketplaces. This role supports clients and internal teams in executing Amazon and marketplace strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day client account activities.
- Own client communications and campaign delivery.
- Develop marketing plans and promotional calendars.
- Monitor accounts, analyze reporting, and share insights.
- Support cross-functional project execution.
- Coordinate meetings and track key action items.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding and internal training initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years experience in digital media, eCommerce or marketing.
- Familiarity with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
