About the role - Writer
As a Writer, you won’t just write. You’ll build worlds. You’ll create obsession-worthy characters. You’ll end episodes at the exact moment that hurts (in the best way). This role is about transforming long-form content into addictive, binge-worthy episodic storytelling for the US market. Not copywriting. Not promo content. Pure, immersive, long-form fiction. If you live for slow-burn romance, supernatural tension, emotional highs and devastating cliffhangers - you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone who blends:
- Strong storytelling instincts

- Comfort working with AI tools
- High ownership and consistency
What you’ll actually do
- Turn stories into binge-worthy episodes
- Adapt long-form Romantasy into high-engagement episodic content
- Craft powerful hooks that keep listeners coming back
- Build emotional arcs that stretch across multiple episodes
- Write for the US audience
- Localize tone, culture, and dialogue seamlessly
- Ensure characters and settings feel authentic
- Elevate with AI
- Use AI tools to refine, rewrite, and optimize content
- Move fast without compromising narrative quality
- Think long-term
- Develop layered characters and evolving arcs
- Maintain world-building consistency
- Protect IP continuity across episodes
- Deliver consistently
- Maintain a steady content pipeline
- Balance speed with depth
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 3–6 years of writing or editorial experience in English
- Understand long-form fiction and serialized storytelling
- Naturally think in cliffhangers and emotional beats
- Love Romantasy (supernatural romance worlds are a must)
- Are detail-oriented but comfortable working fast
- Take ownership and work independently
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, AI-enabled creative environment
