About the Role

As a Creative Director - Generative AI Video at Pocket FM, you will join our visual storytelling team to own the end-to-end production of AI-generated videos. You will shape narratives, drive script breakdowns, design visual prompts, and oversee the final production quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead video production using text-to-image and text/image-to-video AI platforms.
  • Perform detailed shot-by-shot breakdowns of scripts.
  • Develop and optimize creative AI prompts.
  • Collaborate with writers and production teams.
  • Mentor junior creatives and review outputs.
  • Drive innovation in visual storytelling workflows.

What We Need

  • Minimum 4 years experience in creative direction or visual storytelling.
  • Proven narrative visualization experience in media or promotional content.
  • Exposure to Generative AI tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • A keen awareness of current trends in AI-generated media.
